For the past 10 years I have been providing therapy to individuals, children, couples, and families. I have also worked in the United States as a residential counselor in various homes for the mentally ill, with children and teens having moderate to severe emotional/behavioral problems, and with families of abused/neglected children.
Besides that I have experience working with developmentally challenged children and adults in India.
As a therapist, I hold a transpersonal viewpoint - the body, mind, and spirit work together toward creating wholeness. My interest in the body-mind-soul connection has seen me take up various activities over the past two decades such as Yoga, Meditation, and various alternative healing processes like Reiki and Pranic healing.
This varied education, broad professional and personal experience has enabled me to work in a holistic manner with my clients.
