In my years of experience in USA and India as a therapist and counselor, I have had training in various modalities such as
Systems theory, Psychodrama, Creative Expression, Process oriented Psychology, and Psychosynthesis.
The nature of my work has included Couples Therapy and rebuilding relationships, Family conflicts and Parenting Issues, Separation, Divorce,
Depression, Anxiety, Loneliness, Self Esteem, Grief and Loss, Substance Abuse and Relapse Prevention, Corporate Stress Management and School Counseling.
Case Manager and Counselor- The program directs the child's protective service case process including the continuous assessment of child safety, development of plans and use of therapist services to ensure child safety with the goal toward permanence for the child.
The program also provides services for children who are at risk of abuse and/or neglect.
The mission is to assist families in identifying their own strengths and in building their resources through the coordination of an individualized network of staff, health care providers and the community.

Family Therapist - Established in 1976 the youth service bureau prevents and divert youths from entering the juvenile justice system. The center also provides counseling and case management for teen mothers designed to improve scholastic performance and improve family functioning.

Research investigator and coordinator for multiple field action projects such as Mel Jol Hum Bacho Ka. Objectives included creating an awareness about the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child and motivating school children to translate this awareness into action, on issues related to their life situations, through a process of self-help.
